How to Create Multiple Gmail Accounts With One Phone Number
In this post, I will share with you how to create multiple Gmail accounts WITHOUT phone number verification using nothing but your Android device, complete with useful illustrative screenshots.
I'll also be revealing 4 pro tips that I have learned from experience that makes the Gmail account creation process without verification number successful ALL the time, which also prevents Gmail from asking you for a verification phone number later on.
So if you are ready, this is how to create a Gmail account bypassing the phone number verification:
Step 1: Open the Gmail App on your Android Phone and tap this three-lines menu at the upper left corner.
Step 2: Tap once on your email address, you'll find an option called "Add account". Select that.
Step 3: Select the "Google" option from the Set up email list.
Step 4: For your security, Google may prompt you to confirm your password or pattern, enter it to continue.
Step 5: At the bottom left, you'll find the "Create account" option. Tap that.
Step 6: Now Google will ask you to enter your First name and Last name after which you'll tap "Next" to continue
Now this is where things begin to get real and also where the first pro tip will come in handy.
Pro tip 1: Ensure you are not using a First name and Last Name Combination that is one of America's top 1000 names.
Google for some reason flags names that fall in this list to confirm their identity via a mobile number verification.
So to bypass this simply use something random for both First and Last Names fields and change it later to your real names after the account has been created.
But if your names are not English then you are good to go. So for this example, I'm going to use Demo Creation as both my names.
Step 7: Fill in your correct birthdate and gender and tap "Next" to continue.
Step 8: Select the "Create a different Gmail address" radio button and enter a Gmail address of your choice.
Step 9: Create a strong password. One that you have never used on any of your other online accounts (this is important for your account security). Tap "Next" to continue.
Step 10: You'll get to this "Add phone number?" screen (if you adhered to Pro tip 1). Scroll to the bottom of the page and tap "Skip".
Step 11: You'll come to Gmail's Privacy and Terms page. Scroll down and happily tap "I agree". (What other choice do you have anyway?)
Step 12: Congrats! Your account has been created. (But that's not all. See pro tip 3 below.)
Add A Recovery Email Address to avoid lockout later
Pro tip 3: After your Gmail account has been successfully created, ensure you immediately add a recovery email.
Otherwise within a week to a month's time, Gmail will have you provide a phone number for verification by force.
Step 13: Sign in to your new email via a web browser. Open your Chrome browser (or any browser of your choice) and goto https://myaccount.google.com
Step 14: Under the "Security issues found" heading, click on "Secure account".
Step 15: Click to expand the "Sign-in & recovery" option and click "Add" next to "Recovery email".
Step 16: Enter your recovery email and click "Next"
Step 17: Success! You are done! But If you didn't use your real names in Step 6 it's time to correct that.
Correct your Gmail account name
Step 18: Once again return to https://myaccount.google.com and click the "Personal info" tab.
Step 19: Under the Profile heading, click "NAME" and update those to your correct names.
Repeat the process to create multiple Gmail Accounts
Step 20: Create another Gmail account by repeating Steps 1 – 17 over and again.
Pro tip 4: Before you do Step 20 always ensure you turn off your data connection on your Android device for a brief moment. Or if your connection is over WiFi disconnect from it briefly.
This will enable your device to obtain a new IP address and make it look like you are a new device to Gmail every time.
